Senior Manager, Market Research Intelligence (Penempatan Head Office - Jakarta)
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage all research studies conducted by both third party research agencies and in-house resources
- Share market analysis from various researches including Brand Health tracking, Activation & Churn, Usage and Altitude, Customer Satisfaction, and ad:hoc researches
- Support marketing team with evaluation of product/advertisement concepts from customer perspectives based on market research studies
- Support the marketing planning team with all the necessary information required for marketing planning analysis
- Regularly share intelligence information on competitors, activities and analysis on their impact to AXIS competitiveness in the market by effectively allocate budget
- Process changes to the organization’s human resource programs and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly.
- Minimum Bachelor of Economics/Engineering/Marketing/Management, Master Degree is an advantage
- Minimum 6 years in market research (with at least 2 years in client's side). Experience in telecommunication provider Is an advantage
- Knowledge and skills in marketing research methodologies (quantitative & qualitative)
- General Telecommunication Industry Knowledge; Basic knowledge of macro demographics and economics
- Excellent in Project Management (Work planning or scheduling)
- People Skills (Team-Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation)
- Computer Skills (Spreadsheet, presentation, and simple database management program)
