Posisi : RE O/H Planning Engineer-Refinery
Job Description Primary RE O/H Planning Engineer-Refinery :

• Set up Overhaul Organization & KPIs
• Merencanakan dan melaksanakan Scope Development meliputi Identify Risk Process, Collection of Internal Tasks, Scope Challenge & Freeze Process, Prepare Job List, Preparing BOM LLD Category
• Membuat detail planning rotating equip. (RE)meliputi Work Scope Analysis, Prepare Job Plan, Cost Estimation, O/H Preparation & Out Sourcing Schedule, Procurement Strategy, Budget Alocation Materials Arrival Scheduling
• Menyusun detailed scheduling meliputi develop network & detail schedule, optimisasion tools, equipment & heavy equipments, critical path mgt
• Membuat contractor and vendor mgt
• Melaksanakan O/H execution & O/H post-execution
• Monitor Start-up process
• Membuat owner estimasi, Scope of Work, Bill of Material, Syarat Teknis

Job Requirement

• S1 Teknik Mesin
• Minimal 9 thn pengalaman, dengan minimal 6 tahun pengalaman di bidang Maintenance/ Reliability/Engineering & Development di industri perminyakan
